Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Tech Crafts sells downloadable digital products, how orders are processed, and what buyers should understand before and after checkout.
Business identity
Tech Crafts is an FBR-registered sole proprietor digital product business in Pakistan. The store sells downloadable templates, forms, workbooks, guides, and related business resources through techcrafts.com.pk.
Digital products only
Products are digital templates, documents, spreadsheets, forms, checklists, guides, and business resources. No physical product is shipped, and no courier delivery is included.
Order and payment
Orders are processed through the available checkout method. Bank transfer, Raast, wallet, manual, or gateway payments may require verification before download access is released.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address, accurate order details, and checking product descriptions, previews, file formats, and software requirements before purchase.
License of use
Purchased files may be customized for the buyer's personal use or internal business use under the applicable license. Redistribution, resale, public upload, file sharing, or marketplace listing is not allowed.
No-refund launch policy
All completed digital product sales are final after download access is released. The Refund Policy explains the no-refund approach and the narrow support/remediation exceptions.
Professional advice
Products are general resources and are not legal, tax, accounting, HR, compliance, financial, or regulatory advice. Buyers should seek qualified advice when their situation requires it.
Support scope
Tech Crafts supports access, download, and file-delivery issues. Product customization, advisory services, legal drafting, compliance certification, or business consulting are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Site changes
Product availability, prices, previews, descriptions, checkout methods, policies, and terms may be updated over time. The version published on the website applies unless a written agreement says otherwise.
