Digital Delivery Policy
Tech Crafts products are delivered as digital downloads after successful payment confirmation. No physical shipment, printed document, USB drive, or courier delivery is provided.
Business identity
Tech Crafts is an FBR-registered sole proprietor digital product business in Pakistan. The store sells downloadable templates, forms, workbooks, guides, and related business resources through techcrafts.com.pk.
Delivery method
Download links may appear on the order confirmation page, customer account area, or order email after payment is confirmed. Customers must provide a valid checkout email address.
Payment confirmation
Gateway payments may confirm automatically. Bank transfer, Raast, wallet, or manual payment orders require verification before file access is released.
Timing
Automatic orders may receive access shortly after checkout. Manual payment orders are released after payment review. Support should be contacted if access does not arrive after payment confirmation.
Download limits
Download links, expiry windows, and access limits may be applied to protect files from misuse. Customers should download and safely store purchased files soon after access is released.
File formats and software
Products may include DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, ZIP, or other listed formats. Customers are responsible for using compatible software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF readers, or equivalent tools.
Access issues
If a link fails, a file is missing, or a download appears corrupted, contact support with the order number, checkout email, product name, and screenshot or error details. Tech Crafts will try to restore access or provide a replacement file.
No physical shipping
Because products are digital, no shipping fee, tracking number, delivery address, customs document, or courier timeline applies.
Refund relationship
Completed digital sales are final after access is released. Delivery support is handled under this policy and the published No Refund Policy for Digital Products.
