Digital product refunds

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

At launch, Tech Crafts operates a no-refund policy for completed digital product orders. Because downloadable documents, templates, spreadsheets, guides, and files can be copied immediately after access is released, all completed digital sales are final.

Business identity

Tech Crafts is an FBR-registered sole proprietor digital product business in Pakistan. The store sells downloadable templates, forms, workbooks, guides, and related business resources through techcrafts.com.pk.

All sales are final after access

Once an order is confirmed and download access has been released, Tech Crafts does not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate need, failure to read the description, lack of software familiarity, or buyer-side compatibility preferences.

Digital nature of products

Products are editable or readable digital resources. They are not custom consulting, legal drafting, tax advice, accounting advice, HR advice, compliance certification, or guaranteed business outcome services.

Before buying

Customers should review the product title, preview, format, description, included files, software requirements, and license terms before placing an order. If a question materially affects purchase suitability, ask before checkout.

Support-first approach

If a file link fails, a file is missing, or a delivered file cannot be opened due to a delivery issue, contact support within 7 days. Tech Crafts will first try to resend, replace, repair, or provide reasonable access support.

Narrow owner-approved exceptions

A refund may be considered only where payment was captured but download access cannot be provided after reasonable support, a duplicate charge is proven for the same order, or the wrong file was delivered and cannot be corrected. Any exception is at owner discretion.

No refund for misuse

No refund is available where the customer has downloaded the product, breached the license, requested unsupported customization, expected a different file format not listed, or used the product outside the stated purpose.

Manual payment orders

For bank transfer, Raast, wallet, or manual confirmation orders, download access is released after payment verification. Orders that are unpaid, abandoned, or not verified are not treated as completed purchases.

How to request help

Support requests must include the order number, checkout email, product name, issue description, and screenshots where useful. Support review does not mean a refund is guaranteed.

Summary: all completed digital product sales are final, and the default launch policy is no refund after access is released. Effective date: July 9, 2026.
